Ride to Work (RTW) created new opportunities for over 150 individuals by connecting them with jobs paying an average 0f $17.75 per hour with benefits. We work with individuals who have experienced homelessness, returning citizens, and economically distressed workers in Philadelphia and surrounding areas (adversely impacted and marginalized workers) and connect them with opportunities in the manufacturing, production, and warehouse sector.
