His leadership is facilitated through an effective and persuasive communication style that enables him to attain results with diverse groups of people. Naila Mattison, Director - Community Development

Naila Mattison serves as RTW’s Director of Community Development, a role which serves as the three way fulcrum amongst RTW stakeholders including our Community Partners, Employee Partners and our candidates. Our central value proposition is the long term placement of candidates sourced from Community Partners at our Employer Partners. This is achieved by a constantly iterating process that Naila manages, ensure all stakeholders are updated and potential obstacles are headed off as early as possible.

Naila is a technology professional with experience in technology workforce development, apprenticeship and marketing. Of relevance is her focus on on matching clients with companies and increasing diversity and training the next generation of employees, or in the case of marketing, driving significant contact with desired demographic and to marketplace presence. In her most recent position before RTW, Naila worked at JEVS Human Services as an Apprenticeship Navigator, where she was responsible for networking with other workforce developers to use their network with a focus on creating Registered Apprenticeships. In that role, she also worked with the Pre-apprenticeship staff to prepare candidates for employers to interview, and schedule the interviews once an apprentice was selected. Naila earned BA in Broadcasting Telecommunications and Mass Media,

MarvaLisa Scott, Associate - Transportation Operations

MarvaLisa Scott coordinates RTW’s daily transportation activities, which entails working with our transportation partners to ensure that candidates get work safely and on time. She also tracks employee attendance and payments in partnership with our employer partner HR teams to ensure critical metrics are maintained.

MarvaLisa is trained as a detail-oriented Project Coordinator with experience delivering multiple, business-critical projects resulting in six-figure outcomes. She possesses and in-depth understanding of all aspects of project coordination and implementation. Formerly a programmer, she brings an advanced understanding of emerging technologies. Over the course of her career, MarvaLisa has demonstrated the ability to transcend cultural differences. She has a BBA in Accounting and an MBA in Technology Management.

Chandan Budhachhetri, Associate - Staffing Operations

Chandan Budhachhetri is responsible for the daily activities of our staffing operations. Specifically, Chandan works with RTW stakeholders to make sure each party carries out their responsibilities to ensure daily targets are met. He takes a hands on approach to ensuring community partners submit candidates, candidates attend interviews, and employers are prepared to interview. Also, he ensures our staffing practice is transparent and metric driven as part of our continuous improvement approach.

Chandan brings strong customer service and sales experience to RTW having served for several years as a Sales Manager for several years in the pharmaceutical sales. He has the proven ability to maintain and build strong customer relationships by his outstanding and responsive communication skills. He has a BA in Business Studies and an MA in Public Administration.
